This 16-week Level 2 qualification prepares you for teaching assistant or learning support assistant roles in schools and colleges. You’ll develop the knowledge and confidence needed to support children’s learning, promote wellbeing, understand behaviour and contribute effectively to classroom environments.

Through practical examples, discussions and structured activities, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what it’s like to work in education and how support staff play a vital role in children’s development.
